Data isolation
Each organization's information operates in separate environments. There is no data crossover between companies, programs, or countries: every deployment has its own boundaries, defined by contract and by architecture.
Encryption
Data travels and rests encrypted. Encryption in transit and at rest covers conversations, documents, records, and backups across the entire architecture.
Role-based access
Every system user — from the company or from antonIA — accesses exactly what their role allows. Permissions are managed centrally and every access is logged.
Audit logs
Every interaction, agent decision, escalation, and access is recorded with a timestamp. The history is queryable by the company and supports internal and external reviews.
Human-in-the-loop
Workflows are designed with explicit human review points. Critical decisions — safety, clinical, or commercial — are not executed without a person in the loop.
Controlled knowledge
Agents answer from content repositories approved by the company. What isn't in the controlled knowledge isn't answered: the limit is acknowledged and the query is routed.
