Who processes your data

antonIA operates pharma.heyantonia.com and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

For any privacy matter, the contact channel is the email address given at the end of this page.

What data we collect

We only collect data in three specific situations:

• When you book a meeting. Scheduling is handled by Calendly, embedded on the contact page. Calendly collects your name, your email address and any information you type into its fields.
• When you email us. We receive whatever you choose to include in your message: typically your name, email, organisation and the reason for your enquiry.
• Technical server logs. Our hosting provider automatically generates access logs that may include your IP address, browser type and the date and time of the request. These are necessary to operate the site and detect abuse.

What we do not do

We consider this list as important as the previous one, so we state it explicitly:

• We do not set first-party cookies or store information in your browser for tracking purposes.
• We do not use web analytics, heatmaps or session recording.
• We do not use advertising pixels and we do not run remarketing.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
• We do not make automated decisions or build profiles about you from your visit.

What we use your data for

Solely to answer your enquiry, to arrange and hold the meeting you requested, and to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use the data you give us on this site for any other purpose, and we do not add it to marketing campaigns unless you expressly ask us to.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on your consent, which you give by voluntarily writing to us or booking a meeting, and on the legitimate interest of operating the site securely in the case of technical logs.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Providers and international transfers

We rely on two providers to run this site, both with infrastructure outside your country of residence. This involves an international transfer of data:

• Calendly, for meeting scheduling. When the widget loads on the contact page, Calendly may set its own cookies and processes data under its own privacy policy.
• Vercel, for hosting the site. It processes the technical access logs described above.

How long we keep your data

We keep contact information for as long as it remains necessary to handle your request and for the duration of any commercial relationship. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Technical server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's retention periods, which we do not directly control.

Your rights

You may exercise the following rights over your personal data at any time:

• Access: to know what data of yours we process.
• Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: to ask us to delete your data.
• Objection: to object to a specific processing activity.
